At Lenta Official, each product is carefully handmade, made-to-order, or fully customized. Due to the nature of our products, our refund and return policy is limited and subject to the conditions outlined below.
- RETURN ELIGIBILITY
We accept returns only if all the following conditions are met:
The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
The item is not damaged, stained, altered, or broken
The return request is made within 5 days of delivery
Any item that does not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Fully customized and made-to-order items are non-refundable once production has started

If incorrect measurements are provided:

Customized or made-to-order items after production has started
Items that have been worn or used
Items damaged after delivery

- SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Original shipping costs are non-refundable - DAMAGED OR LOST ITEMS
