At Lenta Official, every piece is carefully handmade, made-to-order, or fully customized. Because our products are created with individual attention and often personalized for each customer, our refund and return policy is limited and subject to the conditions below.
Return Eligibility
We may accept returns only if all of the following conditions are met:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- The item is not damaged, stained, altered, washed, or broken
- The return request is made within 5 days of delivery
Any item that does not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return.
Custom and Made-to-Order Items
Due to the personalized nature of our products, fully customized and made-to-order items are non-refundable once production has started.
Orders cannot be returned or refunded due to:
- Change of mind
- Style preference after confirmation
- Event cancellation
- Incorrect measurements provided by the customer
Refund Options
Depending on the situation, Lenta Official may offer one of the following solutions:
- Full refund
- Store credit
- Exchange
The final resolution will depend on the condition of the returned item and the nature of the issue.
Measurements Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements.
If incorrect measurements are submitted, Lenta Official is not responsible for fitting issues. In such cases, refunds, returns, or exchanges may not be granted.
We recommend checking all measurements carefully before confirming your order.
Non-Returnable Cases
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Customized or made-to-order items after production has started
- Items that have been worn or used
- Items that are damaged, stained, altered, or broken after delivery
- Items returned after the 5-day return period
- Items returned without prior approval from Lenta Official

Return Shipping Costs

If your order arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, please contact us immediately.
We will work with the shipping provider to investigate the issue. Depending on the outcome of the investigation, an appropriate solution may be offered, such as a replacement or refund.
