Lenta Official specializes in high-end fashion and custom garments, including:

Custom and made-to-order garments

Our products are handmade, made-to-order, or fully customized by our team.

Because of the handmade and couture nature of our work, each piece is unique. Small differences in design, color, materials, embroidery, or detailing may occur and are not considered defects.

Orders and Production

Orders may be customized, made-to-order, or produced according to the selected design.

Production begins after the order is confirmed and/or the required payment has been received.

Production timelines may vary depending on:

Material availability
Customization requirements
Current production workload

If there are any significant delays, we will inform the customer as soon as possible.

Pricing and Payments

We accept payments in:

Payment options may include:

Full payment upfront
50% deposit, with the remaining balance paid before shipping

Orders will not be shipped until the full payment has been received.

Lenta Official reserves the right to update product prices, service fees, and shipping-related charges at any time.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship worldwide using DHL or other suitable courier services when necessary.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery destination and are paid by the customer.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or additional charges required by their country.

Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details where available. Delivery timelines depend on the courier service and destination country.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Returns may be accepted only under the following conditions:

The product is unused, unworn, and undamaged
The product is not stained, altered, washed, or broken
The return request is made within 5 days of delivery

Returns may apply to all product categories only if the above conditions are met.

Depending on the case, Lenta Official may offer:

Full refund
Store credit
Exchange

Customized and made-to-order items may be non-refundable once production has started.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 4 days, only if production has not progressed significantly.

Fully customized or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Ready-made items cannot be cancelled once shipping is already in progress.

Measurements and Customer Responsibility

Customers are fully responsible for providing accurate measurements.

If incorrect measurements are provided, Lenta Official is not responsible for fitting issues, sizing problems, or required adjustments.

We recommend checking all measurements carefully before submitting them.

Limitation of Liability

Lenta Official is not responsible for:

Delays caused by shipping carriers or other third parties
Customer errors, including incorrect measurements or incorrect delivery details
Minor variations caused by handmade production
Customs delays, taxes, or import-related issues

In the case of lost or damaged shipments, we will contact the shipping provider and assist the customer with the resolution process. Each case will be handled according to the courier’s investigation and applicable policies.

Intellectual Property

All content owned by Lenta Official, including designs, images, branding, logos, product photos, and visual materials, is the exclusive property of Lenta Official.

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

Copying our designs
Using our images without permission
Reproducing, distributing, or modifying our content
Using our branding or logo without approval

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

Use of Services

Users agree not to:

Misuse the website or services
Provide false or misleading information
Engage in fraudulent activity
Attempt to damage the website or brand reputation
Use our content, products, or services for unlawful purposes

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through email communication.

If the issue cannot be resolved directly, the dispute will be handled according to the laws of Kosovo.
