  1. PRODUCTS & SERVICES

Lenta Official specializes in:

Wedding dresses
Evening dresses
Haute couture and high-end fashion
Custom and made-to-order garments

All products are:

Handmade
Made-to-order or fully customized
Designed and produced by our team
3.1 Product Nature

Due to the handmade and couture nature:

Each piece is unique
Slight variations in design, color, or detailing may occur
These variations do not constitute defects

  1. ORDERS & PRODUCTION
    Orders may be fully customized or made-to-order
    Production begins after confirmation and/or payment
    Production timelines may vary depending on complexity

Delays may occur due to:

Design complexity
Material availability
Production workload

Clients will be informed of any significant delays.

  1. PRICING & PAYMENTS

We accept payments in:

EUR
USD
CHF (Swiss Franc)

Payment options:

Full payment upfront
50% deposit + remaining balance before shipping

Orders will not be shipped until full payment is received.

We reserve the right to update pricing at any time.

  1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
    We ship worldwide using DHL
    Shipping costs are calculated based on destination and paid by the customer
    Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees

Once the product is shipped:

The customer will receive confirmation
Delivery timelines depend on the courier service

  1. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

The product must be unused, unworn, and undamaged
The product must not be stained, altered, or broken
Return request must be made within 5 days of delivery
7.1 Eligibility

Returns apply to all product categories only if conditions are met.

7.2 Refund Options

Depending on the case, Lenta Official may offer:

Full refund
Store credit
Exchange
7.3 Important Notes
Customized and made-to-order items may be non-refundable once production has started
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  1. CANCELLATIONS
    Orders can be cancelled within 4 days if production has not progressed significantly
    Fully customized or made-to-order items may not be cancelled after production begins
    Ready-made items cannot be cancelled once shipping is in progress
  2. MEASUREMENTS & CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are fully responsible for:

Providing accurate measurements

If incorrect measurements are provided:

Lenta Official is not responsible for fitting issues

  1. LIABILITY LIMITATION

Lenta Official shall not be held liable for:

Delays caused by third parties (e.g., shipping carriers)
Customer errors (including incorrect measurements)
Minor variations due to handmade production

In case of lost or damaged shipments:

We will contact the shipping provider
Resolution will be handled accordingly
Lenta Official will assist and take reasonable responsibility

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, including:

Designs
Images
Branding
Logos

are the exclusive property of Lenta Official.

The following are strictly prohibited:

Copying designs
Using images without permission
Reproducing or distributing content

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

  1. USE OF SERVICES

Users agree not to:

Misuse the website or services
Engage in fraudulent activity
Harm the brand’s reputation

  1. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In case of disputes:

Parties agree to first attempt resolution via email communication
If unresolved, disputes will be handled under the laws of Kosovo

  1. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Kosovo.
